Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily route and load planning for bulk product distribution networks
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Bulk Supply Chain team to achieve performance targets
- Collaborate with production plants to balance supply-demand requirements and optimize inventory
- Implement strategic supply chain initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Monitor KPIs including delivery accuracy, route optimization, and inventory turnover
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all logistics operations
- Drive continuous improvement projects using lean methodologies and digital transformation tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bulk distribution or industrial supply chain management
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in logistics environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain planning software (ERP, TMS)
- Expertise in route optimization, load planning, and inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with focus on operational efficiency improvements
