About the Role
Talent Trader Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bunker Cargo Officer to join a leading marine fuel supply company in Singapore's Central Region. This is an urgent and exciting opportunity for a maritime professional to excel in a fast-paced bunkering environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end bunker cargo operations, from nomination to final delivery.
- Ensure strict compliance with MPA regulations, SS 600, and international maritime standards.
- Coordinate closely with trading desks, suppliers, and vessel masters to schedule deliveries.
- Manage all operational documentation, including Bunker Delivery Notes (BDNs) and mass flow meter reports.
- Monitor cargo quality and quantity, promptly resolving any operational discrepancies or claims.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Prepare daily operational reports and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in bunkering, shipping, or oil trading operations.
- In-depth knowledge of bunkering procedures and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure during peak operational periods.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise the entire bunker cargo supply chain, from order confirmation to final delivery documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations, including MPA requirements and SS 600 standards.
- Liaise effectively between internal trading teams, vessel crews, and external suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor and verify cargo quantities and quality, utilizing mass flow meter data and documentation.
- Prepare and review essential operational documents such as Bunker Delivery Notes (BDNs) and Letters of Protest.
- Manage inventory records, operational schedules, and incident reports.
- Handle post-operational activities including claims management and dispute resolution.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the bunkering, shipping, or oil trading industry.
- Strong understanding of bunkering operations and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
