Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end bunker operations for vessels calling at Singapore port
- Ensure strict compliance with MARPOL, ISO 8217, and local regulatory requirements
- Coordinate bunker delivery scheduling and vessel/port communication
- Overhaul documentation processes including bunker delivery notes and invoices
- Monitor fuel quality testing procedures and quantity verification
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for bunker supply chain
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in bunker operations or marine fuel logistics
- Deep understanding of Singapore port operations and bunker procedures
- Certification in bunker operations (IBIA or equivalent preferred)
- Proficiency in bunker trading platforms and documentation systems
- Strong knowledge of marine fuel specifications and quality standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management abilities
- Relevant degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field
