In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the repair and restoration of damaged buses, ensuring they meet stringent safety standards and return to service with minimal downtime.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged bus chassis and bodywork to assess repair requirements.
- Perform panel beating, welding, and metal fabrication to restore vehicle structural integrity.
- Repair and replace damaged body panels, glass, and components to original specifications.
- Ensure all repairs comply with strict safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repair work, time logs, and material usage.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to prioritize repairs and manage workflow efficiently.
- Adhere to strict health and safety protocols within the workshop environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Motor Mechanics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in heavy vehicle or bus accident repairs.
- Valid Trade Certificate in Automotive Body Repair.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques (MIG/TIG) and sheet metalwork.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and repair manuals.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or as needed for fleet availability.
