Job Description: Bus Driver (Class 4 BDVL)
Teo Boon Transport Pte Ltd is a well-established company in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics sector. We are currently seeking a responsible and reliable Full-time Class 4 Bus Driver to join our operations based in Yishun, North Region, Singapore.
About the Role
As a Bus Driver, you will play a key role in our day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibility is the safe and punctual transport of passengers. You will operate modern company vehicles, ensuring compliance with all road traffic regulations and company safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class 4 vehicles (buses) for passenger transport.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Road Traffic Act and company driving policies.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a high standard of vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure schedules are met.
- Handle and report any accidents, incidents, or near misses.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of passenger belongings when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License.
- Valid Bus Driver Vocational License (BDVL) is mandatory.
- Minimum Secondary 2 education.
- Physically fit with good eyesight.
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore roads and routes.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented personality.
- Clean driving record with no major demerit points.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.

- Safely operate company buses for passenger transport along assigned routes.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 4 Driving License (Singapore).
- Valid Bus Driver Vocational License (BDVL).
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level education.
- Medically fit with good vision.
- At least 2 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
