SBS Transit is seeking a proactive Bus Infrastructure Executive to join our facilities team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our bus depots, interchanges, and infrastructure remain in peak condition, providing a safe and efficient environment for both our staff and the commuting public.
As an Executive in our Facilities Management department, you will bridge the gap between strategic oversight and operational excellence. You will manage high-value outsourced maintenance contracts, ensuring that every service provider adheres to the stringent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that define SBS Transit's commitment to quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor the performance of outsourced maintenance contractors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits across various bus depots and interchanges to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards.
- Manage corrective and preventive maintenance schedules for building services, including M&E systems, plumbing, and structural integrity.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external government agencies such as LTA and BCA for regulatory compliance and infrastructure upgrades.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, budget forecasts, and procurement documents for facility improvement projects.
- Review contractor work methods and risk assessments to ensure all site activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Respond to emergency facility issues and coordinate rapid repair interventions to minimize operational downtime.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend long-term infrastructure enhancement strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Science, Real Estate, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in facilities management or infrastructure maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, M&E services, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., Fire Safety Act, WSH Act).
- Proven experience in managing outsourced vendors and large-scale maintenance contracts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Facility Management Software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
- Certification in Fire Safety Management or WSH (Level B) will be an added advantage.
