Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled servicing of bus engines, transmissions, and braking systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and quality control checks on all assigned vehicles.
- Ensure all workshop tools, machinery, and equipment are maintained and used in strict accordance with safety regulations.
- Document all repairs, parts used, and service logs accurately in the maintenance management system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational targets and improve workshop efficiency.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and workshop best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in bus or heavy vehicle workshop operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and electronic control systems (ECU).
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Valid Driver’s License is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure workshop environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
