Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bus engines, chassis, and ancillary systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and quality control checks on the fleet.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and regulatory guidelines strictly.
- Document all maintenance activities and repair records accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the workshop team to minimize vehicle downtime and optimize service schedules.
- Ensure the workshop area is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant technical qualification (e.g., NTC, Diploma in Automotive Engineering).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bus or heavy vehicle maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Class 3B Driving License (or equivalent) is an added advantage.
