Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer retention and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal production and engineering teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with stakeholders at various levels of client organizations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports on account performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of technical manufacturing processes and the ability to articulate these to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with diverse client bases.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a high degree of adaptability in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to client sites when necessary.
