- Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients requiring wildlife management solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and market research
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and tenders, including Gebiz applications
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop customized wildlife management solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data in the CRM system
- Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record in securing contracts through tendering processes, including Gebiz
- Strong understanding of wildlife management principles and environmental regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Singaporean citizen or PR with valid work permit
