- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop consultative sales strategies tailored to client needs and industry trends
- Present CPSSoft solutions effectively to key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Track sales metrics and pipeline activity using CRM systems
- Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to refine acquisition tactics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with consultative approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
