  • Identify, prospect, and secure new Vietnamese business clients to adopt Google Ads solutions.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to penetrate the Vietnamese market.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities to achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and business cases to C-level executives and marketing leaders.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Account Management and Product teams to ensure a frictionless client onboarding experience.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and client feedback to refine Google's go-to-market strategy for Vietnam.
  • Lead complex negotiations and closing processes, structuring deals that align client goals with Google's solutions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Google at Vietnamese industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the technology or digital advertising sector.
  • Deep understanding of the Vietnamese digital landscape and business culture. Fluency in Vietnamese (spoken and written) is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving measurable business growth.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategy.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and sales reporting systems.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
