Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic acquisition plans for international corporate and institutional clients across APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions
- Identify and penetrate new markets through comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers in multinational corporations
- Design and deliver customized banking solutions including trade finance, cash management, and treasury services
- Collaborate with product teams to adapt offerings to specific regional market needs and regulatory requirements
- Drive cross-selling initiatives to deepen existing client relationships and expand service portfolios
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting international banking operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in international business development or corporate banking
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in cross-border markets
- Deep understanding of trade finance, cash management, and multinational banking operations
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to navigate complex commercial agreements
- Cross-cultural competency with experience operating in at least two international markets
- Professional certifications (CFA, FRM, or equivalent) highly advantageous
