Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office workflow to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Handle professional correspondence with both local and international business partners and principals.
  • Prepare, format, and maintain accurate reports and business documentation using Microsoft Excel.
  • Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meeting logistics for department heads.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy information retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and data analysis for management review.
  • Support general office functions and procurement of office supplies as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory for international stakeholder communication.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional attitude with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
