Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end risk assessments for new products, services, and business initiatives
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and trend identification
- Develop and maintain comprehensive risk documentation and control assessments
- Collaborate with business units to align risk management with strategic objectives
- Monitor key risk indicators and report on emerging risks to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management frameworks and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex risks for stakeholders
- Experience with risk management tools and data analysis platforms
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance standards
