We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and support the IT implementation of a bank's Trust, Fund, and Wealth Management platform for Private Banking. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and technology, helping to shape digital solutions for high-net-worth clients.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate complex requirements into clear specifications for development teams.
This position offers a competitive salary package of ₱75,000 – ₱110,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in the rapidly evolving financial technology sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business processes and requirements for Trust, Fund, and Wealth Management platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
- Work with development teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and desired functionality
- Develop test cases and participate in user acceptance testing
- Document and maintain business requirements documentation
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align on project objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of Trust, Fund, and Wealth Management operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation tools
- Experience with UML, process modeling, and data flow diagrams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
