In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of IT solutions. Working with a leading workforce solutions provider, you will gain exposure to various projects and develop a strong foundation in business analysis methodologies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist in conducting process mapping and workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications and use cases.
- Support the Project Manager in tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct research and provide insights on industry best practices and competitor analysis.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure alignment among team members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- No prior professional experience required; training and mentorship will be provided.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and business processes.
