Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements for government projects.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis and process mapping to identify opportunities for system improvement and efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support the deployment of new software solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and dependencies to project management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in business analysis, preferably within the ICT or public sector.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering techniques, including workshops, interviews, and prototyping.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
