- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process maps
- Perform data analysis to uncover trends and support decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and solutions

- Facilitate workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Support implementation of process optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience in technology sector
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, BI platforms)
- Strong experience with requirement gathering methodologies
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP/PMP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
