Tanggung Jawab
- Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and validate that deliverables meet requirements.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Monitor project progress and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
