- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
- Conduct thorough data analysis within the insurance domain to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create detailed documentation including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Perform gap analysis to ensure the final product aligns with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure clear communication across departments.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
