Atos is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Manila. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in the Insurance domain who possesses a proven track record in managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing detailed business requirements to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality insurance solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Analyze business processes and create detailed functional specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases.
- Collaborate closely with technical developers and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement within insurance workflows.
- Facilitate effective communication between non-technical business units and technical teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on the Insurance domain.
- Proven experience working in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project management environments.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
