You will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring that our development team is perfectly aligned with business objectives. We are looking for a professional who can translate abstract business needs into actionable functional specifications, driving efficiency and excellence across our internal and external projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional and technical specifications for the development team.
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical developers to ensure project alignment.
- Identify, document, and manage functional gaps, providing recommendations for process improvement.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure final deliverables meet original business objectives.
- Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including requirement traceability matrices and process workflows.
- Analyze existing systems and propose scalable solutions to improve overall operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar technical consultancy role.
- Proven ability to bridge the communication gap between non-technical business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN), and documentation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Working knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
