In this exciting contract role, you will act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Your primary focus will be driving the success of critical business applications, optimizing operational processes, and leading system enhancement initiatives within a strict SLA-driven environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that technology solutions effectively meet business needs and deliver tangible value.
Your core mission will involve diving deep into operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing innovative and data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of requirements, from initial stakeholder interviews to the creation of detailed functional specifications. Managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring seamless deployment will be key aspects of your day-to-day work.

Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria for system enhancements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of current operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven improvements.
- Manage the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for application incident management, driving timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user guides.
- Act as a bridge between business users and development teams, translating technical outcomes into business value.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders and project management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in an SLA-driven support or project environment.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and UAT coordination.
- Proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools is a distinct advantage.
- Prior experience in the Information & Communication Technology (ICT) sector is highly preferred.
