USER Experience Researchers is seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our business workflows by identifying non-value-added activities and quantifying improvement potential.
You will serve as the bridge between technical insights and business strategy, translating complex data into actionable recommendations. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and document non-value-added activities across existing operational workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to quantify potential process improvements and provide data-backed recommendations.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for process re-engineering and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map current-state and future-state workflows.
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented changes through defined KPIs.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for cross-functional execution.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating process review sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational consulting.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into strategic business narratives.
- Strong proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean Six Sigma is a plus).
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
