The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our client engagements and internal product development. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients business objectives and our technical delivery teams. You will leverage your expertise in business analysis to gather requirements, model processes, and ensure that our solutions deliver measurable value. You will work on a variety of projects across different industries, providing you with unparalleled exposure and growth opportunities. Your insights will directly influence the user experience and strategic direction of the products you help build.
What You Will Do
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather requirements and build consensus.
- Perform gap analysis between current state processes and desired future state.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure solutions align with user needs and business goals.
- Work closely with developers and QA teams during the development lifecycle to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Assist in project planning, scoping, and prioritization of features and enhancements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong working knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile/Scrum).
- Experience with data modeling and SQL is a strong advantage.
- Candidates with experience in UX research or digital product design are highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
