Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business processes and document requirements for government-led digital transformation projects.
- Facilitate communication between technical development teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify process improvements and technical solution requirements.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development teams.
- Monitor project progress, manage scope changes, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate defect resolution with the engineering team.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including process maps, data flow diagrams, and user manuals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the ICT sector.
- Demonstrated experience working on public sector or government-related IT projects is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling (BPMN), and wireframing tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple project streams simultaneously.
