Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and system specifications for technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and progress meetings across cross-functional departments.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow evaluations to identify opportunities for business process improvement.
- Support the QA and testing teams by reviewing test plans and ensuring deliverables align with documented business requirements.
- Assist in change management and user acceptance testing (UAT) planning, execution, and sign-off.
- Maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date project and system documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven expertise in using business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or Agile certifications are highly regarded.
