- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify optimization opportunities
- Document detailed functional specifications for back-end architecture and multi-platform systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Design and implement data models for SQL databases to support business intelligence
- Ensure seamless integration between Web and Android client applications
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and system validation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or IT consulting
- Proven expertise in back-end architecture and multi-platform application development
- Strong proficiency in SQL database design and management
- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certification in business analysis (CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
