- Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Map and optimize system workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate API integrations between different systems and platforms
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and coordinate with stakeholders
- Ensure successful delivery of platform features through effective project management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes and system requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience in requirement analysis, workflow documentation, and UAT coordination
- Familiarity with API integration concepts and implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN)
- Experience with project management and feature delivery processes
