- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional technical requirements.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Develop process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize solution architecture.
- Perform gap analysis to determine the gap between current processes and desired future states.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) working as a Business Analyst in the Information & Communication Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or MS Visio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
