- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed business models, workflows, and documentation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights
- Support the implementation of new systems or processes and ensure alignment with business goals
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
- Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of business solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or global expansion environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, SQL)
- Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques
