Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document business requirements using BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and user stories
- Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and Project Management teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements
- Identify business process improvement opportunities
- Translate technical concepts into business-relevant insights
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives
- Monitor requirement changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Proficiency in requirement documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN)
