- Monitor and maintain critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Respond to emergency calls and troubleshoot technical issues within SLA requirements
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and conduct routine equipment inspections
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and system upgrades
- Document all maintenance activities, incidents, and system performance metrics
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff during shift handovers
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years experience in facility maintenance or operations role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and building automation
- Valid certification in electrical safety or facility management preferred
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate emergency responses
