Tanggung Jawab
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization solutions
- Develop detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Create data models, reports, and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Facilitate requirements prioritization and manage scope for project deliverables
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in eCommerce, Fintech, or Insurtech
- Proficiency in requirement documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and process mapping
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or PMI-PBA) preferred
