- Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, requirements documents, and business cases
- Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership and decision-makers
- Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance business operations
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management on key metrics and milestones
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping methodologies
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and SQL
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of automotive industry or experience with large-scale enterprise systems preferred
- Certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) is a plus
