In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation while managing diverse stakeholders across multiple projects. Your SQL/PL-SQL proficiency will be crucial for data analysis and reporting, while knowledge of financial products will give you a competitive edge in delivering value-driven solutions.
As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional groups to define project scope, document business processes, and ensure seamless system integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments
- Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning to implementation
- Develop and maintain SQL/PL-SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements
- Support UAT and ensure project deliverables meet business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques
- Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices
- Expertise in SQL and PL-SQL for data manipulation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with financial systems or products (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
