- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support system and process improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and workflows to identify inefficiencies
- Develop process models, data flow diagrams, and other documentation to illustrate business processes
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation, and process modeling
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and frameworks
- Experience with requirement management tools and documentation software
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
