- Analyze BPO processes, workflows, and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Collect, interpret, and visualize operational data using advanced analytical tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and document specifications
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives enhancing operational efficiency
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance trends and highlight improvement areas
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and drive adoption of solutions
- Support the development of business intelligence tools and reporting frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within BPO sector
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience documenting business requirements and process flows
