Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify business requirements and pain points
- Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Create process flows, data models, and use cases to represent business operations
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimization opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to validate requirements with stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on deliverables
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience in technology-driven environments
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex business needs
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
