- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
- Create detailed business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making
- Conduct thorough testing of systems and solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile)
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
