Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Perform gap analysis on existing processes to identify areas for optimization and increased efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Assist in the design and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze project performance metrics to ensure adherence to scope and quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and business rules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively.
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
