- Conduct comprehensive business requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles and validate system functionality
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create process flow diagrams, data models, and solution architecture documentation
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices throughout project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with UAT methodologies and testing frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and project management principles
