Care Center Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our growing team in Ortigas, Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and data to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support business development initiatives by providing market research and competitive analysis insights.
- Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize data trends for stakeholders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals and recommend adjustments.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements from various departments effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (Advanced functions), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the healthcare or clinic management sector is a strong plus.
