As a Business Analyst at Solutions Exchange, Inc., you will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. Your primary focus will be analyzing data, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement, ultimately driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, validate solutions, and ensure that technology initiatives align with business goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and manage detailed business requirements.
- Design and maintain process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to visualize business workflows.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and ensure alignment across departments.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet business needs and quality standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements specifications and user stories.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4+ years) as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between non-technical and technical teams.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and documentation software (e.g., JIRA, Visio, Confluence).
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
