Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for supply chain optimization? Adecco is currently partnering with a prominent regional logistics provider to hire a detail-oriented Business Analyst (3PL). In this role, you will be the bridge between complex operational data and strategic business decisions, helping our client enhance their freight forwarding, warehousing, and distribution efficiency across the Asian market.
As a Business Analyst, you will leverage your analytical expertise to identify operational bottlenecks, streamline logistics workflows, and provide actionable insights that drive profitability. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that our logistics operations remain agile, cost-effective, and industry-leading.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for logistics operations, warehousing, and freight forwarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional requirements for system enhancements.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for new distribution initiatives and operational changes.
- Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and warehouse management system (WMS) upgrades.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met across the region.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into operational anomalies to recommend corrective measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a 3PL, freight forwarding, or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) are essential.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and supply chain logistics workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced regional environment with cross-border operational requirements.
