Tanggung Jawab
- Translate complex business requirements and challenges into clear, actionable, and detailed AI/ML functional specifications and user stories.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact enterprise AI use cases, particularly those leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) like Claude, to enhance business processes and outcomes.
- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and ROI analysis for proposed AI solutions to ensure strategic alignment and value generation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to design and implement robust AI solutions.
- Develop process flows, data models, and system diagrams to document current and future state AI-driven workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Support the full lifecycle of AI product development, from ideation and prototyping to testing, deployment, and post-implementation monitoring.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies, recommending innovative solutions and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or data-driven projects.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and methodologies, including practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP), with familiarity in platforms like Claude AI.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and understanding of data pipelines relevant to AI solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with project management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and analytical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
