Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and conduct comprehensive business analysis for AML-related projects, identifying key pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and meticulously document business requirements, process flows, and use cases, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with compliance, operations, IT, and other internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, concise functional and technical specifications.
- Design, evaluate, and optimize AML workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to implementation, including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Provide expert guidance on AML best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS notices, FATF recommendations) to project teams and business units.
- Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource estimates, ensuring timely delivery of AML transformation initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to foster understanding and adoption of new AML solutions and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to the banking or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, processes, and technologies.
- Experience in large-scale banking projects, particularly those involving digital transformation or regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to distil complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and business analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
