Capgemini is seeking a high-caliber Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Manila. In this strategic role, you will act as the vital bridge between complex business requirements and technical product development, specifically focusing on the transition from BTS to EIS API Capacity solutions. You will lead the analysis of business processes, identify integration gaps, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable technical specifications that drive enterprise-level efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams to define API capacity requirements.
- Analyze existing business systems (BTS) and architect migration strategies for transition to EIS platforms.
- Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate grooming sessions and workshops to ensure team alignment on project scope and technical feasibility.
- Monitor API performance metrics and suggest capacity scaling strategies to improve system reliability.
- Manage end-to-end traceability of requirements from conception to UAT and final deployment.
- Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation plans for legacy system integrations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the IT/Telecommunications sector.
- Strong technical understanding of API management, web services, and cloud-based capacity planning.
- Proven expertise in documenting business processes and mapping system integrations (BTS/EIS platforms preferred).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
