Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst Manager to identify business needs and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data collected from various sources.
- Perform comprehensive data cleaning, validation, and transformation to maintain high data standards.
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights and reports for stakeholders.
- Support the end-to-end project lifecycle by documenting requirements and tracking deliverables.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated on industry best practices in business analysis and data management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Proven experience in data cleaning, modeling, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
